This is the west bank of Varrock. Besides the basic options of accessing and changing your pin number, there is also one to the east. This bank is popular because of how close it is to the anvil's just to the south of it. On a populated world, most of the time sellers sell rare items (party hats, halloween masks, santa hats) on the north side of the bank. To the east of the bank is where people tend to sell Rune armour. To the south-west people buy and sell yews.

20. Varrock East Bank
Your ordinary bank. You can withdraw/deposit your worldly goods here like in any other bank. Due to the bank's close proximity to Aubury's shop, you can see a lot of Rune Essence miners using this bank as well as quite a number of people buying Rune Essence. The upper level of the bank is empty except for a small vault containing some expensive-looking chest. However, there is nothing you can get here.21. Guardhouses
They are found at all the entrance to Varrock. Armed with a razor sharp bronze sword and a solid iron shield, they can be seen patrolling the area near the entrances. They may usually be a couple of middle-leveled players training on them but they don't really drop anything of decent value.22. Dummy house
This house can be located just opposite from the Varrock East Bank. It contains a few dummies which low level players can train on to boost their attack level. This can be done until you reach attack level 7. Nothing much here except for those so let's move on.23. Lowe's Arcerhy Emporium
Welcome to Lowe's Archery Emporium, your solution to your ranging needs! Lowe is Varrock's resident range equipment supplier. He supplies bows and arrows at affordable prices as well as bolts and crossbows.
24. Varrock Square
A crowded place filled with boisterous people talking and hollering out trade requests and offers. In the centre of it all is a beautifully decorated fountain. This is also where you will end up when you used the spell "Varrock Teleport". You can also find Romeo from the Romeo and Juliet quest here.25. Horvik's Armour Shop
This is Horviks armor store. He supplies armor such as chainmail and plate body up to Mithril. He also supplies iron plate legs and studded leather body and chaps. You can also find a couple of anvils in his shop for the public usage.
26. Varrock Museum
Ah the museum of Varrock! Upon entering you will be greeted by the curator, the friendly old chap with the monocle (NPC for the Shield of Arrav quest). There is some curious pieces on display on the first floor as well as some iron armor which you can telegrab. Now lets head upstairs to check it out. (No running in the museum please!)On the second floor are some artifacts such as a pile of bones, a statue of a famous monarch of RuneScape as well as the most eye-catching piece in the museum, a gargantuan eerie statue.

27. Varrock Sewers
Smell something funny? Well, that's normal since we are standing at a sewer entrance after all. For an in-depth map of the sewers please see the Varrock sewers map.
28. Varrock Church
Welcome to the city's Saradomin Church. It is run by Father Lawrence, a NPC you need to talk to in the Romeo and Juliet quest. It is rather obvious that Father Lawrence conduct really interesting sermons which can be judged by the snoozing parishioners. There is your average altar. There is nothing upstairs except for a grand view of some of the nearby building from the top of the church.

29. Varrock Palace
Ah yes the grand palace. The royal home of his royal highness, King Roald. You can found a pretty large force of guards on the courtyard guarding the palace vigilantly (well, at least most of them are). Through the double front doors we now enter the main building. There is a Zamorak Monk locked underneath the main staircase probably to atone for some past misdeeds.
In the throne room nearby is King Roald sporting the priced golden crown.
Just pass the room is a large and clean dining hall with some grand banquet tables covered by spotless white table clothes. Flanking the hall is a well-equipped kitchen complete with two ranges.
The palace library is nearby. There are usually a couple of warrior women in the vicinity but they are not the main attraction any way. Anyway, here's a picture.

Inside the library is the royal librarian Reldo. You need to talk to him to start the shield of arrav quest as well as find out about the dwarfs in the Knight's Sword quest.

Lastly before we head upstairs, Sir Prysin the knight can be found in a room near the main staircase. He is an NPC in the Demon Slayer quest.
On to the first floor, we can find a small altar probably for the palace servants but you can use it nonetheless. There is also a small guard barracks where some guards are taking some time off to relax. These may be a good place to train your ranging level on. For detailed info, check the Ranged training guide.

Last on this floor is the royal bedroom located near the main staircase. It contains a large four-poster bed as well as a personal bath tub!
On to the top floor then! Here you can find Captain Rovin, another NPC from the Demon Slayer quest as well as the captain of the guards in the palace. Nothing much on this floor except for a force of guards training as well as being trained on. There is also a shooting range which is pretty pointless since none of the guards there have a bow and it's for "private use only".
